Persons wishing to rent Birch Haven must be a minimum of 25 years of age except in the case of a family rental.

50% Rental Fee deposit due at time of reservation

Remaining Rental Fee balance, plus refundable Security Deposit of $500 and Cleaning Fee of $150 due 30 days prior to commencement of rental period
