Weekly rentals only in the Summer season, Saturday to Saturday only.

Nightly rentals during Spring and Fall season have a three night minimum.

Every stay is subject to a $150 Cleaning Fee (plus applicable taxes).

Additional guests $25 / night / person

Children 5 years old and under no charge

Persons wishing to rent Birch Haven must be a minimum of 25 years of age except in the case of a family rental.

50% Rental Fee deposit due at time of reservation

Remaining Rental Fee balance, plus refundable Security Deposit of $500 and Cleaning Fee of $150 due 30 days prior to commencement of rental period
